Shipment

A. Unframed paintings are packaged by rolling around a hard tude. They are safely packed with plastic layers in between. Shipping will be done via air courier, such as DHL,UPS,TNT or FedEx.

B. Frames or framed paintings are packed in carton and air transport or shipped by sea.

The picture of Impressionism style should be added 3% --5% of the weight; and the picture drawn by knife should be added 20% --60% of the weight.

1) If any of the delivered articles show material defects, transport damage or the wrong articles have been delivered, please inform us within 48 hours after you have received the goods and we will immediately exchange or refund all goods. Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible, if however we are unable to replace them they will be fully reimbursed.
2) We provide refund for any unsatisfactory quality if product is sent back in 48 hours after receiving the goods with customer's own shipping cost.
